This notice explains what Hollandwick Systems does with the personal information you give us through this website. We follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Hollandwick Systems is the controller of the information you send us. You can reach us about anything in this notice at elliott@hollandwicksystems.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give it, and anything you write in the message. If you email or call us, we keep a record of that conversation.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our web server keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare the plan you asked for and arrange a call. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. It is stored with the companies that host our website, email and customer records, who process it only on our instructions. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK, in which case we rely on approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep what we need for as long as we work together and for any period the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
